Today, we are shaping a process that is born from the deepest part of our experiences, our stories, and our commitment to the community: the creation of an ecosystem of alliances where impact is not measured by visibility or protagonism, but by real and lasting transformation.
We believe collaboration is more powerful than competition, and that when women with different backgrounds come together with awareness and purpose, the results transcend borders, organizations, and countries.
Three women. Three countries. One shared purpose.
This journey is woven from a shared vision and from life experiences that have shaped us, challenged us, and led us to reinvent ourselves.

Lety Ríos (México)
Writer, communicator, and creator of the program Embelleciendo tu Vida, with an extensive background in social, community, and journalistic work at both national and international levels. Author of her most recent book, Migración Dorada, Lety has accompanied and amplified the stories of migrant women and communities through a deeply human lens, sharing messages of awareness, resilience, and transformation

Mariella García (El Salvador)
Entrepreneur and founder of Salvadoreñas en el Exterior, an organization with community impact and international reach focused on strengthening women in the diaspora. Mariella has led humanitarian missions, social projects, and economic and community empowerment initiatives, and has been recognized as Woman of the Year by CCATEX for her leadership and social commitment.

Stephanie Martínez (Colombia)
Entrepreneur, marketing and business management professional, and a woman deeply committed to education and empowerment as tools for social transformation. Stephanie has worked extensively on building strategic alliances, firmly believing that investing in education does not only impact one individual, but entire families and future generations—creating real opportunities for growth, integration, and development.

United by a shared purpose and lived experiences
The three of us come together not out of convenience, but out of conviction.
We are united by a common purpose and by life experiences that taught us that challenges do not define us—they transform us.
We are women who have learned to turn adversity into purpose, and who firmly believe that it is possible to rewrite history when we work with awareness, structure, and heart.
How do we hope to impact the community?
This ecosystem of alliances seeks to become a real bridge between sectors that often operate separately, but together can achieve so much more. Our goal is to create a network where:
Nonprofit organizations and foundations find guidance, support, articulation, and opportunities to grow with structure, sustainability, and vision.
Businesses and corporations can join with purpose, aligning their social responsibility efforts with authentic projects that generate measurable community impact.
Entrepreneurs and community leaders who have an idea and want to turn it into a real project or a formal organization can find support, a clear pathway, community, and practical tools to make it possible.
The community as a whole gains greater access to educational, social, and development opportunities—because strengthening one woman, one leader, or one organization means strengthening entire families and multiplying impact.
The community as a whole gains greater access to educational, social, and development opportunities—because strengthening one woman, one leader, or one organization means strengthening entire families and multiplying impact. This is not just about connecting names.
It is about aligning resources, opening pathways, creating opportunities, and building a model of collaboration that unites rather than divides.
We are not competitors. Together, we are stronger.
This ecosystem does not seek to replace existing efforts, but to connect them.
It does not seek empty visibility, but collective and sustainable impact.
It does not focus on individual recognition, but on community.
What’s Next
In June 2026, we will host a key meeting where we will share this initiative in greater depth—its vision, its first steps, and how nonprofit organizations, businesses, corporations, and entrepreneurs can become part of this ecosystem of impact.
This gathering will also mark the beginning of an impact tour across major cities, starting in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas, and later expanding to key cities nationwide such as Chicago, Florida, and New York.
This is only the beginning of something born from experience, resilience, and the deep conviction that when women unite, impact transcends generations.
If you would like to be part of this initiative, collaborate, or learn more, we invite you to contact us and join this ecosystem of alliances and transformation:
Three voices.
One community.
One purpose.
