Fundación Lumina Empoderamiento Social TX announces a new step in its commitment to the community through the strengthening of a strategic alliance with Corazones of Courage, focused on providing community, emotional, and educational support for Hispanic women and families in the city of Houston. 

This alliance arises from the recognition that when organizations serving the same community decide to coordinate their efforts, a broader impact is achieved, with stronger support processes and more comprehensive responses to the complex realities many women face.

The joint work is led by Irina Faneite, a psychology specialist with extensive experience supporting women who are survivors of physical, psychological, and sexual violence, and Stephanie Martinez, a marketing professional and business management technologist with several years of experience leading commercial teams and developing support processes with vulnerable communities in both Colombia and the United States. 

Both leaders have been taking firm and sustained steps in Houston, consolidating initiatives with real social impact and positioning themselves as references for a working model based on collaboration, respect, and the integration of complementary skills. Beyond personal origins or individual trajectories, this alliance represents a shared vision: a commitment to community, human dignity, and teamwork as a driver of social transformation. 

The focus of the joint work will be on providing spaces for accompaniment, guidance, emotional support, and access to educational and community-based tools that promote recovery, autonomy, and the rebuilding of life projects for women who have experienced situations of violence. 

“We believe in alliances that are built through listening, coherence, and shared action. When we combine experience, knowledge, and social sensitivity, we are able to go further and better support those who need it most,” stated representatives of Fundación Lumina Empoderamiento Social TX. 

Currently, teams from both organizations are advancing the planning of joint actions aimed at strengthening the community, which will be announced soon. These initiatives will be open both to women in need of support and to organizations interested in joining efforts to generate a broader and more sustainable social impact.
